Derrial Christon knew at an early age he had the essential “it” factor to work in the entertainment biz. Soon after moving to LA, Derrial was selected as one of the hosts for AfterBuzz TV headed by award-winning journalist Maria Menounos, due to his witty journalistic style and stand out personality. He then partnered with Menounos and created Black Hollywood Live, the 1st online network targeting African Americans in entertainment, in which he is the lead host and Executive Producer. In addition, Derrial’s hosted the BET Fan Experience at the BET Awards 3 years in a row, Oprah’s OWN network has showcased him as one of the best “Pop Culture” experts in Hollywood, and he’s been recognized for his hosting abilities by the LA Times, Vanichi Magazine, and Variety.com.
